Update and strengthen strategies, skills and resources for making informed decisions and re-decisions about your educational and career options. Activities focus on guided practice with specialized career resources for applying three keys: Self-Assessment, Exploration and Re-Evaluation.

Practice analyzing challenging questions and developing relevant answers that include impressive examples from your academic, volunteer and employment experience. Apply the PAR model to behavioural and situational questions, and manage anxiety to work for you, not against.

Is your resume a barrier to getting interviews?
For more interviews, write resumes that highlight your relevant knowledge, skills and abilities, attitudes, experience and other qualifications. Strengthen your resume by including examples from your academic, volunteer and employment experience. Sample resumes, cover letters and other resources will be provided.

STARTING A PORTFOLIO

Not sure why or how to develop a portfolio?
Today people in many fields develop portfolios for interviews, requests for academic credit and other purposes. Learn how to develop impressive portfolios with examples from your academic, volunteer and employment experience (e.g., lab reports, presentations, websites, essays), and demonstrate your relevant knowledge, skills and abilities, and other qualifications.
