I have a student, who is very good at simulating HVAC systems. If you folks gave me the specs of your system, i will ask him to generate a simulation model at no cost to you. This way, perhaps we can compare results obtained from the real system and that from the simulator. Also, we can make the simulator as a rudimentary training/educational tool for students.
