CERIC Graduate Student Engagement Program – deadline March 30, 2018

As a charitable organization that advances education and research in career counselling and career development, CERIC encourages the engagement of Canada’s full-time graduate students whose academic focus is in career development and/or related fields through the Graduate Student Engagement Program (GSEP).

Who is eligible:

Full-time graduate students (Master or PhD levels) studying career counselling / career development or a related field. Research areas such as Education, Sociology, Social Work, Counselling Psychology, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business with a focus on Human Resources or Organizational Behaviour are strongly encouraged to apply.

What are the opportunities:

– A chance to compete for a GSEP Award which provides free registration and up to $1,000 to cover expenses to attend and present at the largest National Career Development Conference – Cannexus.
– Articles featured on the peer-reviewed Canadian Journal of Career Development, the pre-eminent open access academic journal dedicated to multi-sectoral career development in Canada and around the world.
– Articles featured on GSEP Corner on ContactPoint / OrientAction, our internationally recognized online communities for professionals in the career development field.
– Develop professional interests and gain both academic and practitioner connections in the field by joining one of CERIC’s committees.
