Deadline January 31 Application for Spring Convocation
As you may be eligible to graduate at the Spring 2017 convocation ceremonies please print out and complete an “Application for Graduation” form: http://www.uregina.ca/student/registrar/assets/docs/pdf/forms/ApplicationForGraduation.pdf
To complete your application for graduation, please note the following sections of the form:
SECTION 1 GRADUATION INFORMATION:
Name of Degree, Certificate, or Diploma:
Master of Education: MEd
Maîtrise en éducation: Med
Master of Adult Education: MAED
Master of Human Resource Development: MHRD
Doctor of Philosophy: PhD
Master’s Certificate: MC
Major 1:
Educational Administration: EADM
Curriculum and Instruction: EC&I
Educational Psychology: EPSY
Adult Education: AED
Human Resource Development: HRD
PhD Students: EDUC
Master’s Certificate of Human Resource Administration in Education: HRA in ED
Master’s Certificate of Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages: TESOL
Campus or Federated College: Check “U of R”
Faculty: Check “GS” (for Graduate Studies)
SECTION 2 GRADUATE RETENTION PROGRAM:
Graduate students aren’t eligible for the Graduate Retention Program, so leave Section 2 blank.
Remember to sign and date your form in the last section!

The application MUST BE SUBMITTED whether you plan to attend the ceremony or not.

To be eligible for Spring convocation:
– If you are in the thesis route all degree requirements (thesis defence and final corrected copies of thesis) must be met by March 31.
– If you are in the course, project or practicum route, all courses and/or project seminar and final corrected practicum or project report must be signed off, complete and submitted to our office (and transcripts received for transfer credit courses) by April 30.
