My research conducted under the supervision of Dr. Amr Henni and Dr. Hussameldin Ibrahim is focused on CO<sub>2<\/sub> capture using solid sorbents through the development of novel composite materials and the optimization of their performances in post-combustion capture applications. I have previous expertise in the field of heterogeneous catalysis with special focus on structured catalysts and their applications in catalytic conversions of methanol to light olefins.
