Shumiatcher, O.C., S.O.M., Q.C. and Dr. Jacqui Clay Shumiatcher, S.O.M., C.M., 2018;&nbsp;sc.2018.42<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Through decreasing archways, the viewers\u2019 eye is led down a pathway to a mystery at the centre of Cara Driscoll\u2019s sculpture, <em>Arches <\/em>(c. 2000): a tiny pearl. The artist took the photograph during a trip to Fatehpur Sikri, India, with her partner, artist <a href=\"https:\/\/www2.uregina.ca\/president\/art\/classroom\/jack-sures\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"451\">Jack Sures<\/a> (1934-2018). The building\u2019s architecture echoed the tree canopy in the couple\u2019s Cathedral neighbourhood back home in Regina.
