Hostelling International - Regina A Great South Central Downtown Location

HI-Regina, also known as the Turgeon International Hostel, is a designated Municipal Heritage Property that offers affordable accommodation in a friendly, safe and comfortable environment to individuals, families and groups of all ages... And - just like a hotel - children 12 and under stay free in their parent's room.

The Hostel is situated in one of the most attractive areas of Regina, among the stately homes of Regina's first families, and is adjacent to the beautiful Wascana Centre, a huge urban park with extensive multi-use pathways. The great central downtown location ensures that the Royal Saskatchewan Museum, Diefenbaker Homestead, Regina Plains Museum and other attractions are all within walking distance.

The hostel offers private rooms, a family room as well as shared accommodation in dormitory style setting. The hostel can accommodate 30 people in total. The hostel has showers, TV/video lounge, FREE linen service, a large dining area, coin-operated laundry facilities, FREE coffee, coin-operated lockers, FREE internet, travel library and a large self-catering kitchen that is fully equipped.

The hostel is open February 01 to December 23. Check-in hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

NOTE: Late morning / afternoon access for checking in from Monday to Friday is limited but available. Please call ahead to make this arrangement.

There are 30 beds in convertible dormitory / private settings, showers, TV area, dining area, laundry facilities, lockers, internet terminal, free Wi-Fi, travel library, free coffee and a large self-cooking area that is fully equipped. Light meals can be arranged for groups if requested in advance at the time of booking for a reasonable price.

The overnight fee for a group booking is $25.00 per person per night for groups of eight or more individuals. (Group rate is not available for July and August.)
